In this revised and expanded edition, Bonnie Hunter Marlowe returns to the heart of the original study while offering refreshed teaching, clearer structure, and deeper reflection. To accompany the study, optional prerecorded teaching videos are available. For those completing the study in January 2026, the weekly teaching videos will be released on the following Mondays: January 5, January 12, January 19, January 26, and February 2. Those completing the study outside of this timeframe will receive immediate access to all teaching videos.
