Summer Bible Study

Bible study through 1 & 2 Timothy

The world is noisy. Our minds are full. Our days are crowded. We are surrounded by voices telling us what to believe, what to chase, what to fear, and who to become. But God has not called His people to be carried along by every loud voice around us. He has called us to remain faithful.

In Paul's letters to Timothy, we find a deeply personal charge to hold fast to truth, guard the gospel, live with godliness, endure hardship, and finish faithful. These letters were written to a young leader serving in a confusing and challenging place, but their message still speaks clearly to women today.

Faithful in the Noise is an invitation to slow down, open Scripture, and ask:

What does faithfulness look like in this season of my life?

Who is this study for?

Faithful in the Noise is for women who want to remain rooted in God’s Word in the middle of real life.

It is for the woman carrying full days, full thoughts, and full responsibilities. It is for the teacher, the mom, the ministry leader, the friend, the working woman, the weary woman, and the woman who simply wants to grow in faithfulness right where God has placed her.

Whether you are new to Bible study or have spent years in Scripture, this study will help you slow down, listen closely to God’s Word, and consider what faithfulness looks like in your ordinary days.

Leading a Group?

Faithful in the Noise can be used for church groups, teacher groups, women’s ministry gatherings, friend groups, or one-on-one discipleship.

A leader’s guide is included in the back of the workbook to help you facilitate each week with confidence. The study includes a weekly structure that makes group discussion simple and meaningful. Leaders can invite participants to complete the weekly study days on their own, then gather once a week to discuss what they learned, what challenged them, and how God’s Word is calling them to respond.

You do not have to be a Bible teacher to lead a group. Your role is to create space for women to open God’s Word, share honestly, and encourage one another toward faithfulness.

Whether you are gathering around a kitchen table, meeting in a classroom, or leading a church group, this study was written to help women open Scripture together and grow in faithfulness.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Faithful in the Noise about?

Faithful in the Noise is a 6-week Bible study through 1 and 2 Timothy. It focuses on truth, discernment, godliness, endurance, Scripture, and faithful living in a noisy world.

Who is this study written for?

This study is written for women who want to study Scripture deeply and apply it personally. Teachers will still feel at home here, but the study is not only for teachers. It is for women in many seasons of life who desire to remain faithful to Christ.

How long is the study?

The study is designed to be completed over 6 weeks, with 5 study days each week.

Do I need to complete it with a group?

No. You can complete the study on your own, with a friend, in a small group, with a church, or alongside the summer Facebook group.

Are there teaching videos with this study?

No. This study does not include teaching videos. The workbook was written to stand on its own, with the teaching, context, reflection, and application built into each day. You will have everything you need inside the study.

Why are there no videos this year?

This year, I wanted to keep the focus simple and sustainable: open the workbook, open Scripture, and study faithfully. Many wonderful Bible studies are completed without teaching videos, and this study was intentionally written so that videos are not needed.

Will there still be support while I study?

Yes. You can sign up for study encouragement emails and join the summer 2026 Facebook group for weekly encouragement, discussion prompts, and community.

Is this study good for a women's ministry or small group?

Yes. Faithful in the Noise can work well for women's ministry groups, church groups, teacher groups, friend groups, or discipleship pairs. The weekly questions and structure make it simple to discuss together.

Is this study only for teachers?

No. Teachers are a special part of the Teachers in the Word community, and many teacher-readers will connect deeply with the themes of faithfulness, endurance, truth, and calling. But this study was written for women in many seasons and roles.

What format should I buy?

Choose the digital version if you want immediate access or prefer to print/use the study on a tablet. Choose the Amazon printed workbook if you prefer a physical copy shipped to you.

Can I purchase copies for a group?

Yes. If you are ordering for a group, church, school, or ministry, use the Amazon link for individual copies or contact Teachers in the Word for help with larger orders of 20 or more copies. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing and shipping on bulk orders. Larger group orders may require additional production and fulfillment time depending on inventory and printing schedules.

When does the summer study begin?

The Facebook Group will begin on June 15th. If you begin later, you can still use the study at your own pace.

Do I have to follow the summer schedule?

No. The schedule is there to encourage you, not pressure you. You are welcome to study at the pace that works best for your season.
